Breakfast: (1) packet instant oatmeal (cinnamon roll), (1) 12oz. of water
Lunch: sandwich (lettuce, wheat bread, mayo, ham, slice of cheese), (1) 12oz. Sierra Mist , (1) bag baked Doritos, (1) pudding snack pack
Supper: bowl of rice w/ turkey teriyaki stir fry, (1) 16oz. glass of skim milk
Snacks: (1) bite size 3 Musketeers, (1) bite size Twix, (1) gingerbread cookie
Activities: work day. no dedicated physical activity
Spiritual
Evening devotions w/ Elsa. Continued focus on Christ being a light for the darkness.
I can say with honesty that I am at peace. The past 12 days have been a roller coaster on all levels. As much as I would hate to see my dad die (especially without giving him any grandkids of my own), I know that if it happened he would be in a better place, and that I would be at peace with it. While morbid to say or think about, it gives me comfort and peace. I’m thankful he’s still with us, and that I still have time with him.
